As a side or a meal on its own - Mango Salsa This is such a refreshing, zesty, sweet, with a touch of heat meal. Start by cutting your mango into bite sized pieces, you want to use ripe mangos as much as possible. Thinly dice red onion, ginger and chilli. Leave the seeds out if you don't like it too hot, you really get to play around with the intensity of the heat to your liking. Squeeze in fresh lime juice, and roughly chop coriander. Add a drizzle of tamari and a dash of maple syrup. Gently mix and that's it! Adjust to your taste. So easy - a delicious meal in under 30mins. Hope you enjoy this video!
